Our commuter service remains suspended due the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, Mayo Clinic has announced the discontinuation of the commuter bus subsidy, which means commuter service would only be available at our full fares.
We are now working to restore commuter service to Rochester. Our research has shown that despite higher fares and more people working from home, there is still a need and desire for commuter bus service to Rochester.
We are exploring new possible stops in Adams and Spring Valley, in addition to our existing stops in Le Roy, Chester and Grand Meadow. Many options are on the table. However, due to the large planning needs and the current surge of COVID-19, it is unlikely that service will return before the end of the year.
Until then, we'd like to hear from you. If you are interested in commuter bus service, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us (1) how often you would ride, (2) which pick-up location you would use and (3) your preferred AM arrival time and PM departure time in Rochester. If you have already responded to these questions through our recent surveys or Facebook, you don't need to respond.
Thank you for your patience, as we navigate this new world. We hope to see you on board again soon.
We provide four trips to Rochester in the morning and three return trips in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. Our first morning route currently does not stop in Grand Meadow, and our last morning route does not stop in Chester. All afternoon trips stop in each city.

We offer a simple commuter fare structure with identical ticket prices, no matter where you board our buses. Our fare options include single-ride, 10-ride and monthly passes. You can purchase tickets from the driver, at LeRoy and Grand Meadow city halls and at Route 63 Travel Plaza in Chester. Mayo Clinic employees enjoy a substantial subsidy on 10-ride and monthly passes, which must be purchased at Mayo Clinic Parking & Transportation locations in downtown Rochester or on the Saint Marys campus. 10-ride passes have no expiration date. Monthly passes are valid from the first through the last day of the month.
